Integrity in Conversation-No Gossip

Do you ever by your silence condone conversation that is harmful to another ? Gossip can be defined as talking about someone who is not there. This means it doesn’t matter if what you are saying is true, flattering or unflattering. The point is if you haven’t told the person these things and you are telling others it is gossip. When you set an intent to add a smile to a person’s life gossip won’t be an issue for you.
