Dream for Real

Stop the habit of wishful thinking and start the habit of thoughtful wishes.  Mary Martin  Dream Quotations

I am fortunate.  My Mondays are as wonderful as my Fridays.  amb

Imagine-Real

I have been doing different tasks that are new to me.  Sometimes I am uncomfortable because I don’t know what to expect.  The one lesson I have learned is the reality of the experience is less intimidating than the “imagining” of the experience.  My new motto is to accept that the ‘jitters’ might set in but the task will get done and I will thrive.

I am going to use my oils of Believe, Hope, Joy and Present Time to give me the balance I want.

Great for Hump Day

Will Rogers:    The trouble with political jokes is that very often they get elected.

Oh come on-this is so much better than crying.  Lets hope there are honorable people that have a desire to keep the USA free so we can continue be the nation that encourages its people to realize their dreams.   I wonder if too many citizens of the USA have stopped dreaming or have never dreamed.

Let’s put on our DreamCatcher oil and create lives well lived.

Reality vs Imagination

I have been doing different tasks that are new to me.  Some are uncomfortable because I don’t know what to expect.  The one lesson I have learned is the reality of the experience is less intimidating than the “imagining” of the experience.  My new motto is to accept that the ‘jitters’ might set in but the task will get done and I will thrive.

How Is Your Monday??

Brooke Shields, during an interview to become spokesperson for a federal anti-smoking campaign
Smoking kills. If you’re killed, you’ve lost a very important part of your life.  (Oh to be able to rerun our mis-speaks,)

George Burns
You’ve got to be honest; if you can fake that, you’ve got it made.  (Does this sound like a politician’s philosophy?)

The oil of Highest Potential should be a boost for us as we journey to excellence.

A New Era

I have suddenly become ‘sweety’ to  clerks, waitresses, and other service attendants.  I don’t like it.

Of course I don’t like the expression Ma’am either.  What an awkward age I am at.  I am way beyond Miss and as far as I am concerned no where near sweety.

The real dilemma is responding with a gracious smile instead of a sarcastic remark.  After all the poor dears can’t help that they just don’t know any better.

Sure wish I knew the best oil to help with this.

This Weeks Chuckle

Will Rogers once said that we should live our lives so that we wouldn’t hesitate to sell our talking parrot to the town gossip.

Oops I don’t think I know anyone that squeaky clean.

Vessel of Change

What are you already doing differently in 2010 that will add to the overall splendor of your life?

Me I am honoring myself one day at a time with extreme self-care.  I am taking care of the soul more readily by being more consistent in my meditation and God-time.  With my body I am eating and moving with greater awareness.  The work I am doing with my mind gets a big boost from my soul and body work.      I am aligning with the power that will make me a brighter vessel of love.

As long as I remember;  I only have to be successful in the moment –I will have great success.

My three favorite oils I use to keep me balanced are-Valor for strength and courage, Believe to root my faith, and Magnify Your Purpose for clear intent.

Facebook and Me

I have totally resisted face book and now I am being found by wonderful friends from the past.  It is all good  so far.

Monday’s Magnificence

Little tricks that help keep things things in perspective:

Look into an innocent child’s eyes and see the face of God.  Watch a child at play and understand God’s love for his creation.

Look at cloud formations and see the beauty of spirit.

Soak in the beauty of a rainbow up against a bare-rock mountain.

Breathe deeply and know you have the gift of giving reassurance through a smile.
