Getting It Done

No one can go back and start again, but all of us can start today to create a new ending. Maria Robinson

So What Map Did You Look At Today?

If you want to take a trip you get all the information you need to make the trip enjoyable. What are the steps we can take to make the day enjoyable? Do you just fly out of bed with no time to give thanks for those things you enjoy?

For those of us who have never had to live in a war torn country we can become shallow about the blessing of peace. For those of us who have never gone w/out the necessities-food, clothing, and shelter-we can become shallow about the blessing of prosperity. For those of us who have never had to be fearful about speaking our thoughts about our government, religion, relationship, our jobs, or life in general we can easily forget to give thanks for what we consider basic freedoms that are our ‘rights’.

The map of gratitude, purpose, and service will help us build a blessed life rich in rewards. Contentment isn’t by chance. It is by design and purpose.

Gratitude oil is the first oil to use in building you Day Map.

How Can I Add To My Experience?

Today I am reflecting on the need to be really conscious in our lives. We know to stay in the moment, enjoy it, savor it, and create gratitude and rejoicing.

Let’s think about a past experience where we were less than wise. Feel how that makes the body feel and the mind think. What a waste of our life to engage in back looking.

Now let’s look to the future with one of our concerns. Feel how that makes the body feel and the mind think. What a waste of our life to spend time on ‘what ifs’, ‘suppose’ or ‘what is going to…’.

So how do we stay engaged in the moment? We simply see God in all our choices. We see all our loved ones walking with Him. We see us being his loved child and rejoice.

Many of the oils will help us in keeping focus. Stress Away, Clarity, Frankincense, Idaho Balsam Fir, Valor, and Live w/Passion are just the beginning.

Is This Really True?

“The most wasted day is that in which we have not laughed.” – Chamfort

Is it possible no matter the circumstances to find a moment for laughter?  Many right now have little to be happy about.  Yes there is much to be grateful for and maybe that is the first ingredient for developing happiness which can lead to laughter.

I am thinking of days when there was no laughter and I wonder if I could have found that moment that invited laughter.  I have many days of laughter now because of a little child not yet two.  We laugh all the time.

I believe the most wasted day is the one in which we fail to recognize God and incorporate His power into our lives so that we can know true contentment.

What will be your God moment and laughter moment for today?

Week 10 You know the days

Day 1 LM Sugar Free Next I’m cutting carbs.  Got in outdoor swimming today.  That should be a 3-7 day a week event now.  I am going to do 5 days of 2 LMs daily.  Weak finish

Day 2  2 LMs  Sugar Free  Swimming  Low Carbs  Stellar Day.

Day3 2 LMs Just a taste (not even a bite) or sugar Low carbs  good day

Day4 2LMs High Carbs Low Sugar Swim Day Nibbled after a late energy event. Ended OK not perfect.

Day5 Low Carb Don’t know if I am committed to no Sugar. I’ll let you know.—-I was able to stay the course. Technically if I want i can stay up another 50 minutes and start eating sugar.  Good feeling.  No after 7pm nibbling today either.  Doing good.

Day6  Free Day   It was nice.

Day7 Sugar Free  2 LMs  High Carb day The truth of the day-veryvery  low sugar   1LM and had a high protein snack after 7p.m.  A weak finish.

P.U.S.H

This was passed down to me. It reminds me that we are human beings that often think of ourselves as human doings. I believe practicing P.U.S.H. will get me back to ‘being’.

A Precious Gift

This gift was given to me in meditation recently.  I have some that I love that are not making the best of choices.  Some have gotten themselves involved with some dangerous things.  As I was praying God gave to me this picture, “See them walking with Me.”

A profound peace came over me as I realized, why not?  I am going to imagine a lot of things not so beautiful that won’t be true why not imagine the one thing that is beautiful and has every possibility of being true?  It sure made my day brighter.

Frankincense is the oil of  choice.

Lost Your Happy??

You know that the way out of the blahs is one step at a time.  Be polite, be of service, do what you have to do and eventually the happy comes back.

It is a phenomenon in this country that so many of us are over weight, under content, sickly with auto-immune conditions that make daily movements painful, and spiritually floundering.  Wait a minute.  Is the happy found when we have a true relationship with God?

Idaho Balsam Fir, Frankincense, and Rose of Sharon along with 3 Wise Men, Sacred Mountain, and Believe are oils that can help keep the happy coming.
