Today

Today I will remember my creator.  I am enjoying the beauty he has created around me.  I am singing a song of praise.  Today I am rejoicing.

Recycled Thought

Be like a duck.  Calm on the surface, but paddling like the dickens underneath.  MICHAEL CAINE

Isn’t that the truth.  There is no need to let others know the drama of your life.  Why?  Their drama is probably far more interesting than yours.

An easy way to get ‘over yourself’ is to make others important.  Set the intent to have a calming influence and enjoy the result.

I am doing my best to remember to set the intent of acceptance when I drive!!

The oils that I use to help me succeed in this are the ones that open up the emotional center of my brain. Lavender, Peace and Calming, Palo Santo, Gratitude, and Frankincense are some of my favorites.

Knowing Your Life’s Truth

Strip away what you think.  Quiet what people say.  “Be Still and Know that I AM GOD.”  Then you will begin to live your Life’s Truth.

Change

We can embrace change and flow into the new reality.

We can resist change and create pain, disappointment, suffering, drama, sickness, etc.

Hmmm  seems like a no brainer!

Time Well Spent

Time with God  Just the two of you enjoying each others spirit

Time with a friend   Just the two of you enjoying each others spirit

Time in gratitude thanking God for all the things that are in your life that help you to grow and prosper in those things that enrich your life and the lives of those around you.

Can We Say….

Blessed is another word for happy.

The actions that lead to deep permanent happiness were written by a guy named Matthew and you’ll find them categorized in chapters 5, 6, and 7 in the book of holy scriptures called The Bible.   Matt recorded the teachings of a homeless man who turned the religious world on its ear.  The man’s name is Jesus.  John recorded that Jesus said, “If you know these things, happy are ye if ye do them.’  It’s worth a try.
