It Is Good

What a crazy day.  I kept calm.  I kept breathing and all fell into place.  Not because I had anything to do with it.  I just didn’t create chaos about it.

The wonderful oil of Stress Away reminds me to zip it and smile.

A Smile for You

Useless information we know but never thought about:

Numbers ending in 1, 2 or 5 are the only numbers always divisible by the number they end in.

There are more plastic flamingos in the USA than real flamingos.

Items transported via ship is called cargo, while items transported via car is called shipments.

Think of any number. multiply it by 2, add 10, divide by 2, and subtract the first number. The answer will always be 5. This works with fractions and decimals too.

This I have thought about deeply–NOT

The Velociraptor dinosaur was actually not scaly at all. Scientists recently discovered that its body was actually covered in feathers!
It was almost like a giant, meat eating chicken!

I Am….

The two most powerful words in our English Language according to those who study the energy of words.  I Am Grateful.

My life today is filled with joy because I am focused only on gratitude and the song of beauty.  After all this could be the day that our best friend Jesus returns to gather his friends up to his home.

The oil of Believe I think is what I will use for support.

 

 



Who Knew?

My life feels unfamiliar to me.  It is very full and fulfilling and I have done nothing to deserve these blessings.  It’s like being handed a beautiful garment and being told that you are to be the guest of honor at a banquet.

I cherish the richness that is my life now and will conduct myself at the feast with grace, honor, and integrity.

The oils of Valor and Gratitude will assist me in being in line with the spirit of thankfulness.



Trust Yourself

When you are responsible for another soul you must have your soul’s needs met.  When those needs are met abundance is created.  Sharing from abundance keeps life balanced and creates abundance for all.  It is when we share what we don’t have to spare that we go into deprivation and want.

A great example of  one who gave and gave and gave but never allowed their cup to be refilled was Todd.    He was a very special young man that committed suicide. His colleagues all said the same thing, “He never allowed us to support him.  He just gave and gave and gave.”

Be selfless not selfish.  Be self-aware so that the gifts you have to share are shared for all the days your creator has need of them.

The oil of Believe will support me in trusting what the needs of my soul are.

 



Living Real

The words of Patrick Henry: “Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, almighty God! I know not what course others may take, but as for me, give me liberty, or give me death!”

Is our physical comfort so important that we ignore, compromise, or neglect or spiritual needs?  Do we even have a clear picture of the needs for our soul?

We are told in our operators manual that our appetites will be satisfied if we ‘hunger and thirst’ for those things that are right.  If our life plan is to search for the Truth our Master Teacher promises that if we, “…..live [his] teachings  [we] will know the truth and it will set [us] free.”  Pretty exciting stuff.

 

Dr. P. Blosser has some interesting starting points.

“These inner hungers must be fed through a …person’s life. Adults have a deep and joyous responsibility to feed the souls of those around them.  [We need to live  by structure and order, [have] focus and a vision, expand our soul awareness, create/give consciously, practice mindful reflection and contemplation. When [our lives are lived in this consciousness we] will reach for fulfillment and [our] souls will be fed, producing much happiness and well-being….”


Dr. Pamela Blosser has dedicated her life to teaching in a variety of fields from camp counselor to English as a second language to meditation. In 1977 she graduated with honors from the Montessori Training Center in England. Dr. Blosser presently  is a faculty member and director of the College Preparatory Camp for children.

A Depth Meditation

The thought was shared that we might need to ‘transcend the “need” to transcend’.

The oil of Highest Potential is what I’ll use to go deeper with this thought.
