Body Talk

The body isn’t the foundation of your health. The body is the manifestation of the sum of your life experiences. (Lisa Rankin)

What really is the body?  Is it just a fixed vessel for the real you, spirit? Or is it a manifestation of your belief systems?

When you are born with a body that has physical challenges does that sum come from your ancestral DNA/RNA?

The body you are born with is out of your control but the body you die with; is it definitely your work of art?

My Highest Good
by Catherine Ann Cobeaga
Many years ago when I was a bible teacher, I began to understand the concept of the Divine always seeking my highest good. When I prayed for something to come into my life and it never manifested, I knew deep within that the Divine seeks my highest good over all my human wants and desires. Then I began to desire only my highest good and the highest good of all. No longer did I assume I knew my own highest good and, that being true, I certainly did not know the highest good for anyone else.

The way I prayed changed. The way I heard what others shared with me changed. The way I felt in my personal times of silence and stillness changed. My most powerful mantra became “Show me.” The power of asking and learning to receive from Divine Love only what was best for me changed my life. It doesn’t mean I am never frustrated or disappointed; these are very human emotions and experiences. It did mean that I moved through these feelings more quickly and trusted my own journey and the Divine within.

May my mind and heart be open to my own highest good and the highest good of all. May all things unfold for my highest good and the highest good of all. May I embrace my own highest good and support the highest good of others, whether I understand it or not.

May your mind and heart be open to your own highest good and the highest good of all. Aum shanti Aum

I have my oils lined up for this one:  Clarity      Joy       Highest Potential     Gratitude

I recently took a mini live seminar with my mentor Darren Hardy of Darren Daily.  (Be patient with me folks, I am learning the embedding process.)

I am taking the INSANE PRODUCTIVITY leap.  That is one of his elite seminars for, what else, insane productivity. I attempted several times to sign up for it after the “mini” seminar and the computer was having a problem. I concluded that to do the class now was to  FALL.

How do I know that this isn’t the time for me to do this?  My gut.  Yes your gut is an intuitive indicator of being on the right path as you accept the abundance that is yours.  Abundance of life, love, and laughter.  These gifts are the creators way of supporting you on your journey of true self.

Clarity, Magnify Your Purpose, Valor, and Harmony  are some of the oils on my support team.

When I take the class it will be the catalyst I need to leap  into the abundance that is my legacy.

So It Goes

Persistence has paid off.  The odious tasks are almost done.  When I started this process I knew I just had to keep at it until it was vanquished. Now that I am so very close to completion it is more of a challenge than ever to keep going.  Motivation oil is part of the support team.   Clarity oil to see the goal and Joy oil to celebrate each completed task. Hands up in the air– Hurrah for me!

Life Gives Back

My life is taking a great BIG leap. I am open to the opportunities that are mine. Exciting and all because I have never wavered from the goal of using, learning about and sharing these wonderful effective health products from the Young Living Essential Oils company. In the health world this company is considered on the level of Nordstrom, none better.

My balance oils:  Valor  on the wrists    Joy  on the Heart   and Harmony  on the Solar Plexus

Motivation to keep it going     Build the Dream with Clarity and always remember with Gratitude the power that keeps all the balls in the air.

Self Cheering–lessons from a Two Year Old

Cheer For Yourself
by Catherine Ann Cobeaga
I spent time with my 2 year old granddaughter yesterday. Hannah has learned the joy of playing by herself, doing puzzles, making cakes for her toys with building blocks, tea parties, etc. She is very patient with challenging puzzles. When it isn’t working, she keeps trying different ways of fitting the pieces together. When she succeeds, she proclaims “I did it!” then she raises her arms above her head and exclaims “Hurray!” I have never seen her bring it to one of the adults in her life to receive approval or applause. In fact, she is quite surprised when we noticed and cheer “Hurray!” With her. The look on her face yesterday when I cheered with her seemed to say, “Gama, what did you do? What are you cheering for?”

Get it? Her own cheers are enough for her. She’s two and it is enough for her. May this be her truth throughout her life.

I have grown out of the need for others’ approval. However, watching her yesterday made me realize I am not nearly enthusiastic enough about all the progress I have made in my life. I seldom hear myself saying “I did it!” And raise my arms above my head to exclaim “Hurray!”  Can’t remember the last time you did?

My intention this morning is to be faithful to cheer for myself every chance I get. This means paying attention to feelings, thoughts, and behaviors that are now healthy, balanced, loving, compassionate, and fun. All of this can be accomplished without involving others; this is between me and the Divine.

I intend to cheer for myself today. You?

Happy Day starts with you cheering you and cheering others in the process.  Oils to use..Believe   Joy   Motivation  Hope

Breath the Miracle of Life

As you do this wonderful relaxing exercise have your favorite oil(s) close at hand to enhance your experience. I like to diffuse, put some under my nose, or just have the bottles open where I can get a whiff.

Take A Breath

by Catherine Ann Cobeaga

Right now stop and feel yourself breathe. Notice the base of your rib cage. Does it flow in and out with each breath or do you feel a pulling toward center? Soften your belly now and breathe again. Does the rib cage begin to soften? Keep going. Slow, soft breaths with a soft belly. Now, soften the area around and behind your navel and keep breathing. Feel it. Be the breath. A few more breaths, please. Stay with this as long as you like.

Throughout the day stop and feel yourself breathe. Begin teaching your body to relax into your breath. It can only benefit you and it takes less than five minutes.

Aum shanti.

The official birthdate for Young Living Essential Oils is 1994.  I joined the ranks in 1999.  I didn’t share until 2004.  I wanted to be sure that what I was hearing was true.  I wanted to be sure that there was integrity behind the product, the information and the results.  I have never been disappointed even with all the bumps in the road that we have had when a company has such exponential growth.
