And The Breath Restores…..

It is easy to get caught up in the “lists of what I Must do” and to forget to focus on three of our basic needs; breath, water, and love.  Stop..inhale deeply through your nose and say Thank You.  Take a long drink of water and honor your bodies needs.  Look into the mirror and really see you and say, “I appreciate you”.   Do this at least 3x a day and build up to 5x and see what happens in your life.  It is magical when we recenter ourselves to be authentic.

Our wonderful balancing oils of Valor, Joy, and Harmony automatically keep us on an even keel.  Stress Away, Tranquil, Christmas Spirit, and Sacred Mountain are some others that I use for redirecting my soul energy.
