Anger can tell you many things-you are given a gift every time something causes you to want to ‘lose it’. Most of the time it is something little and we can change from anger into a behavior that serves us better.
Sometimes it is more challenging for us to identify ‘what has set us off’. If we have worked on self-life-creation we know that we choose to feel what we feel. We understand that emotions have many layers. We accept that sometimes we won’t be able to make a better choice immediately because of the deeper reason that has set us off.
I have found that remembering I am a work in progress helps me keep my focus to turn these triggers off permanently.
