Big Day

Last week I had a very big professional day.  The children that were involved in the program all declared it a huge success and I was so proud of them.

What I did to enjoy the day:  Stayed in the moment (right now all is going well) and enjoyed the moment(s).

Breathed deeply and drank my water.  (oxygenating the body helps the brain work better and the muscles relax.)

Did extra self-care

I had a wonderful big day.
