My friend is reading this book.  We are both overweight, her husband is diabetic, and we are in the health industry so we are taking heed to what this research is showing.

I have been dealing with a bronchial condition this winter and spring.  I usually have a very strong immune system but I have not been doing the dietary things that I know work.  As a result of this ‘friend’ coming to visit my breathing system again I have discontinued sugar and processed carbohydrates (breads pastas  white rice) for 3 weeks. According to this book sugar is more destructive than cocaine.  Another scientist says that if we knew the effect sugar has on our system we would never be tempted to eat it again.  I’ll check in at the end of the 3 weeks to let  you know how it goes.

I’ll be using Ocotea oil to take care of my blood sugar levels, Common Sense to help with the emotional balancing, and Slique oil because it tastes good and will help  release the cravings that tear me down.

Those of us who have to watch the chaos and clean up the mess,  must keep our peace and live in the moment.  Only then can we bring peace into the situation.  Only then can the miracle be manifested.

If we would only wait on life to unfold instead of rushing in and trying to wrestle the results we want.
