I had to reread this quote many times to realize exactly what it is saying. It is so true. A cross word, body language that screams ‘disrespect’ at you, or blatant disregard of your presence when you are the customer are all things that feed my ‘less than optimum mind’.
You may have experienced or seen the consequences resulting from choices made from the “wrong mind”. We live in a feel good-I want it now society/environment that doesn’t encourage us to set behavior boundaries. I use my essential oils to keep me shifting back to my right mind.
