Month 7

What I have learned:  I don’t enjoy saying no no no no no -Solution  say yes to this and that that I like.

It is a drudge  Solution  have a can do attitude.  I believe the main thing is to respect and like my physical self enough to treat it well.

Week 1 is going well.  Swimming is consistent, low sugar is consistent (one day to indulge) I need to get a better grip on the carbs.  Success for week 1  hurray  hurray

Week2  Not too shabby.  I have to focus on no night eating this week.  Be diligent about it.  I haven’t really over eaten I just haven’t been as smart in eating as I could be.

Week 3 We have continued with the swimming 5-7 days a week.  The eating is not being reigned in like I need to to lose the next dress size.  Had a cleanse day with 2 sugar free days.

Week4  Change in the wind so I have been stuffing.  Will watch it today.  No night eating yesterday. Oh my this has got to change and I am the only  one who can do it.  Month 8 starts tomorrow.  As I review this month I can see a lot I did well.  The swimming still continues.  I am now working on my winter exercise program.  Keep the vision to succeed.
