What Am You Doing Right Now?

Living in awareness is a life skill that I am working on daily.  Feel your breath, feel your body posture, feel your eyes reading this page, feel the temperature of your environment, listen to the sounds in your environment and then do your gratitude meditation that you have these senses that color your world.

Highest Potential, Believe, Hope /Goal,  and Gratitude are oils that help us live a-live and consciously.
